In Silico Analysis of Selective Bioactive Compounds from Acronychia Pedunculata as a Potential Inhibitor of HER2 in Colorectal Cancer.

Summary

Researchers studied compounds from Acronychia pedunculata for potential inhibition of HER2 in colorectal cancer. 12 compounds showed promising properties for drug-likeness and oral bioavailability, with two compounds showing strong binding affinities to HER2. Further experimental validation is needed.
