Euchronin A-F isolated from the Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. and their anti-proliferative activities in vitro.

Summary

Six new compounds called euchronin A-F and nine known compounds were discovered in Arnebia euchroma. Compounds 2 and 4 showed strong anti-proliferative activity against HaCaT cells, reducing cell viability to 38.83% and 68.44% at 25 μM concentration.
