In vitro Adipocyte Differentiation Inhibition and in vivo Effects on Lipid Metabolism in High-Fat Diet-Induced Obesity of Euphorbia humifusa.

Summary

The study found that extract from Willd has inhibitory effects on adipocyte differentiation and lipid metabolism. It reduced triglycerides and LDL-cholesterol in obese mice and inhibited lipogenesis in the liver. EHE could be a potential treatment for obesity and lipid metabolism issues.
