Cocos nucifera and glycerine afterwork moisturizers for secondary prevention of hand dermatitis among fabric worker: a randomized, double-blind, cross over trial.

Study found that coconut oil and glycerin cream equally effective in preventing hand dermatitis for batik workers. Decreased HECSI and TEWL, increased skin hydration. Use for skin barrier protection.

Patch Testing to Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil: The North American Contact Dermatitis Group Experience (2009-2020).

Study shows 0.6% prevalence of mint oil allergy. Most affected are females over 40, with common reactions on face and hands. Co-reaction with other fragrance allergens is common. Testing for mint oil allergy is important as it may be missed with standard fragrance tests.
