This study compared the chemical and bioactive compounds in mulberry leaves grown in Syria. Different mulberry species varied in composition and antioxidant activity. Mulberry leaves hold potential for food supplements and medical applications.

Anti-Inflammatory Study and Phytochemical Characterization of Zingiber officinale Roscoe and Citrus limon L. Juices and Their Formulation.

Ginger and lemon juices were analyzed for inflammation-fighting properties. Both juices showed significant anti-inflammatory activity, with the formulation of the two juices being the most effective. This research supports the development of nutraceutical preparations and further investigations into the compounds found in ginger and lemon.
