Alkaloids from Zanthoxylum nitidum and their anti-proliferative activity against A549 cells by regulating the EGFR/AKT/mTOR pathway.

Ten alkaloids isolated from showed significant antiproliferative effects against A549 cancer cells. Compound induced cell cycle arrest and inhibited cell migration through the EGFR/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Potential lead antiproliferative compound in cancer cells.
