Identification of Differentially Expressed Genes in Human Colorectal Cancer Using RNASeq Data Validated on the Molecular Level with Real-Time PCR.

Bioinformatics tools identified early detection biomarkers for colorectal cancer and explored plant extract as a chemotherapy alternative. Three diagnostic markers identified, with positive trends in gene expression and therapeutic value. Further trials required. Precise and robust analysis workflow valuable for CRC diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Bio-valorization of Tagetes floral waste extract in fabrication of self-healing Schiff-base nanocomposite hydrogels for colon cancer remedy.

Floral waste from marigold flowers is used to create a hydrogel that has self-healing ability, enhanced antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and controlled release of a drug for colorectal cancer treatment. This study highlights the potential of using floral waste for colon cancer remedy.

Clinical effectiveness of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for the management of anxiety in community dwelling people living with dementia: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

Music therapy, cognitive activities, and non-drug interventions effectively reduce anxiety in dementia patients. Ginkgo biloba, probiotics, olanzapine, loxapine, and citalopram may also show promise in managing anxiety.
