Inhibition of IL-17 signaling in macrophages underlies the anti-arthritic effects of halofuginone hydrobromide: Network pharmacology, molecular docking, and experimental validation.

HF, derived from Chinese herb, shows promise in treating RA with anti-inflammatory effects. Further research needed to understand how HF works to benefit RA patients.

Network analysis, in vivo, and in vitro experiments identified the mechanisms by which Piper longum L. [Piperaceae] alleviates cartilage destruction, joint inflammation, and arthritic pain.

Study evaluated the efficacy of L. [Piperaceae] in inhibiting pain and joint destruction in osteoarthritis (OA). Network analysis and molecular docking predicted potential targets and pathways. Results showed that L. [Piperaceae] may be a disease-modifying OA drug candidate.
