Effects of continuous monoculture on rhizosphere soil nutrients, growth, physiological characteristics, hormone metabolome of Casuarina equisetifolia and their interaction analysis.

Continuous planting negatively impacts plant growth, root inhibition, reduced biomass, soil nutrient depletion, decreased nutrient uptake, and hindered hormone regulation. Effective management strategies are needed for sustainable cultivation practices.

Identification of genetics and hormonal factors involved in Quercus robur root growth regulation in different cultivation system.

Study on Quercus robur seedlings explores taproot growth in forest nurseries. Container cultivation activates genes for root growth. Gene expression patterns and phytohormone analysis reveal hormonal regulation of taproot growth. Important for forest management.

Description of Microbacterium dauci sp. nov., a plant growth hormone indoleacetic acid-producing and nitrogen-fixing bacterium isolated from carrot rhizosphere soil.

A new plant growth hormone-producing strain was discovered from soil in China. It is genetically distinct from other Microbacterium species and can grow in various conditions. It is proposed as a new species called Microbacterium dauci.

Aromatase inhibitors identified from Saraca asoca to treat infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome via in silico and in vivo studies.

Researchers identified two compounds, procyanidin B2 and luteolin, from that showed better interaction with aromatase and higher stability than a commercial inhibitor. These compounds reduced aromatase concentration in ovarian tissues, indicating their potential as aromatase inhibitors for treating infertility in PCOS patients.
