In this study, researchers examined the acute effects of a beverage containing cashew and Brazil nuts on oxidative stress, lipemia, and blood pressure in women with cardiometabolic risk. They found that the beverage led to a significant reduction in postprandial malondialdehyde levels, suggesting potential cardiovascular benefits.
