Phytochemical profiling of Striga asiatica; characterisation and anti-microbial assessment of the isolates.

Researchers isolated a new compound () and 12 known compounds from a plant. The compounds were tested for antimalarial and antimicrobial activity. Chryseriol and apigenin showed promise against MRSA.
