Exploring the immunological mechanism of Houttuynia cordata in the treatment of colorectal cancer through combined network pharmacology and experimental validation.

Study identified active components of Houttuynia cordata for CRC treatment. Quercetin and kaempferol target genes IL1B, MMP9, CXCL8, and IL6, inhibiting cell growth and promoting apoptosis. Potential for immunomodulation in CRC treatment.
