Antifungal Activity of Cyperus articulatus, Cyperus rotundus and Lippia alba Essential Oils against Aspergillus flavus Isolated from Peanut Seeds.

Three essential oils from different plants were tested for antifungal activity against a fungus contaminating peanut seeds in Senegal. The oil from one plant, had the best inhibitory effect, making it a potential protective agent for groundnuts.

Effects of Mucuna pruriens (L.) DC. and Levodopa in Improving Parkinson's Disease in Rotenone Intoxicated Mice.

Preliminary study on Mucuna pruriens (MP) and Levodopa for Parkinson's disease showed both improved cognitive function and reduced neuroinflammation. MP may have similar effects as Levodopa, suggesting potential as a treatment.
