Establishment of cluster of differentiation 20 immobilized cell membrane chromatography for the screening of active antitumor components in traditional Chinese medicine.

Researchers developed a model to study a small molecule's interaction with CD20 protein in lymphoma cells. Compounds from Schisandra chinensis and Lysionotus pauciflorus were found to target CD20, with potential for improving non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment.
