Nigella sativa oil restores hormonal levels, and endocrine signals among thyroid, ovarian, and uterine tissues of female Wistar rats following sodium fluoride toxicity.

The study found that Nigella sativa L. oil (NSO) can protect against damage to the thyroid, ovarian, and uterine tissues caused by sodium fluoride (NaF). NSO restores hormonal balance, reduces oxidative damage and inflammation, and improves tissue structure.

Identification of molecular targets of Trigonelline for treating breast cancer through network pharmacology and bioinformatics-based prediction.

Researchers investigated Trigonelline's potential as an anticancer compound in breast cancer. They identified 14 specific targets and demonstrated its favorable binding affinity. Trigonelline could potentially be used to target breast cancer genes and mutants, but further validation is needed.
