Phenolic glycosides and indole alkaloids isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Clematis chinensis and their anti-inflammatory activity.

Six unknown compounds were discovered in Clematis chinensis, along with known compounds. Some compounds showed significant anti-inflammatory activity, reducing the secretion of inflammatory factors by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway.

Novel biogenic silver nanoconjugates of Abrus precatorius seed extracts and their antiproliferative and antiangiogenic efficacies.

Silver nanoconjugates derived from Abrus precatorius plants were synthesized and evaluated for their antiproliferative and antiangiogenic effects against cervical and oral carcinoma. They showed effective inhibition of cancer cells and reduced blood vessel growth, suggesting potential for tumor control.

Network pharmacology prediction and experimental verification of Rhubarb-Peach Kernel promoting apoptosis in endometriosis.

Researchers investigated the anti-endometriosis effect of the traditional Chinese medicine pair "Rhubarb-Peach Kernel" (RP) and its mechanism of action. Using network pharmacology, molecular docking, and experimental verification, they found that RP induces apoptosis and could be effective in treating endometriosis.
