Investigation of the mechanism of Prunella vulgaris in treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma based on network pharmacology integrated molecular docking and experimental verification.

Prunella vulgaris shows potential in treating papillary thyroid carcinoma by reducing activity and protein levels of key targets, through the core component kaempferol. A theoretical basis is provided for future research on effective components.

Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals hormone, transcriptional and epigenetic regulation involved in prickle formation in Zanthoxylum armatum.

This study investigated prickle formation in Z. armatum. Results suggest that phytohormones, transcription factors, and epigenetic modifications play roles in prickle initiation.

Distinct hormonal and morphological control of dormancy and germination in Chenopodium album dimorphic seeds.

Dormancy and heteromorphism in Amaranthaceae weed seeds are studied. Black seeds have deeper dormancy and require specific conditions for germination. Hormones and genes involved in dormancy are identified. These findings help understand adaptations in variable environments.

The miR156b-GmSPL2b module mediates male fertility regulation of cytoplasmic male sterility-based restorer line under high-temperature stress in soybean.

High temperatures during soybean flowering lead to pollen abortion and fertilization failure. The miR156b-GmSPL2b gene module regulates male fertility and affects gene expression related to pollen development and thermotolerance. This discovery could help breed heat-tolerant soybean varieties.

Butein Inhibits Cell Growth by Blocking the IL-6/IL-6Rα Interaction in Human Ovarian Cancer and by Regulation of the IL-6/STAT3/FoxO3a Pathway.

Butein, from flowers, inhibits IL-6 signaling and shows anti-tumor effects in ovarian cancer cells by blocking IL-6/STAT3/FoxO3a pathway. Potential therapeutic agent.

Title: Role of EIN2-mediated ethylene signaling in regulating petal senescence, abscission, reproductive development, and hormonal crosstalk in tobacco.

Silencing NtEIN2 in tobacco plants affects petal senescence, pod and seed development, and defense against pathogens. NtEIN2 plays a crucial role in various developmental and physiological processes, particularly in petal senescence.
