Protective role of forsythoside B in Kawasaki disease-induced cardiac injury: Inhibition of pyroptosis via the SIRT1-NF-κB-p65 signaling pathway.

FTS-B from Forsythia suspensa inhibits NF-κB through SIRT1, reducing inflammatory damage in Kawasaki disease models. SIRT1-NF-κB-p65 pathway may be a promising therapeutic target for KD treatment.
