The role of oxidative stress in chemotherapy-induced gonadotoxicity in a rat model, and the protective effects of Nigella Sativa oil on oxidative stress, the anti-Müllerian hormone level, and apoptosis.

Study investigated the impact of oxidative stress on carboplatin-induced damage to the ovaries. Found that Nigella Sativa oil has a protective effect by reducing apoptosis and restoring anti-Müllerian hormone levels.
