Investigation of the chemical structure and analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of polysaccharides that constitute the dietary fibers of soursop (Annona muricata) fruit.

This study analyzed the structure and biological activity of dietary fibers from soursop fruits. The soluble fibers promoted pain relief and reduced inflammation in mice. These findings could have potential health benefits.
