Transfer of preclinical study data on the influence of cimicifuga racemosaon functional changes in the hippocampus during menopause.

Black cohosh extract (iCR) may help relieve menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes and cognitive impairments, in women who cannot or prefer not to use hormone replacement therapy. It works by affecting gene expression in the brain, especially in the hippocampus, to regulate various physiological and cognitive functions.
