Herbal medicine for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with advanced colorectal cancer: A prospective randomized controlled trial.

Researchers investigated the use of Hezhong granules, a Chinese herbal medicine, for managing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). Although the key components of the granules show promising antiemetic and antitumor properties, there is a need for scientifically designed clinical trials to validate their efficacy and safety.
