Assessment of Chemical Composition and In Vitro Antioxidant, Antidiabetic, Anticholinesterase and Microbial Virulence-Quenching Effects of Salad Burnet (Sanguisorba minor L.) Harvested from Algeria.

This study evaluated the phytochemical content and antioxidant properties of extracts. The extracts exhibited high antioxidant and enzyme inhibition activities, as well as biofilm inhibition against certain pathogens. These findings suggest potential use as a food preservative.
