Electrospun Cerium Oxide Nanoparticle/Aloe Vera Extract-Loaded Nanofibrous Poly(Ethylene Oxide)/Polyurethane Mats As Diabetic Wound Dressings.

This study created aloe vera-infused nanofibrous patches and ceria nanoparticle-based nanofibrous webs with clindamycin for diabetic wound healing. It effectively inhibits bacterial growth, releases drugs sustainably, promotes wound contraction, and reduces glucose levels and inflammation. It is a promising treatment for diabetic wounds.
