Screening of Phyllanthus niruri Leaves Phytoconstituents for Antiviral and Antibacterial Activity by Molecular Docking Studies.

Phyllanthus plants contain various compounds with potential antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiulcer, antiviral, antitumor, and other health benefits. Docking experiments were performed to assess their potential activities against specific proteins. The results were compared to benchmark drugs ritonavir and ampicillin.

MAT as a promising therapeutic strategy against triple-negative breast cancer via inhibiting PI3K/AKT pathway.

Matrine (MAT), extracted from Sophora flavescens, inhibits TNBC cell proliferation and invasion, induces apoptosis and autophagy, and inhibits the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Promising for TNBC treatment.

Anti-inflammatory Effects of Ziziphus Jujube Mill on LPS-induced Acute Lung Injury in Mice.

Z.J extract reduced inflammation in mice with acute lung injury (ALI) caused by LPS. It decreased inflammatory cells, wet-to-dry ratio, lung damage, and TNF-α levels. Z.J could be a potential therapy for ALI.
