Variation of the essential oil components of Citrus aurantium leaves upon using different distillation techniques and evaluation of their antioxidant, antidiabetic, and neuroprotective effect against Alzheimer's disease.

Bitter orange leaves were extracted using different methods to compare their chemical composition. The essential oils showed antioxidant and antidiabetic activities, making them potential sources for future drugs.

Exploration of the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and wound healing activities of Bletilla Striata polysaccharide.

BSP, a component of Bletilla Striata plant, was tested in mice for its effects on inflammation, antioxidant levels, pain relief, and wound healing. Results showed BSP reduced inflammation, improved antioxidant levels, relieved pain, and promoted wound healing by inhibiting inflammatory cytokines.

Glutamate application maintains quality and antioxidant capacity of fresh-cut carrots by modulating GABA shunt, phenylpropanoid and ROS metabolism.

Glutamate treatment improved flavor, GABA content, phenolic compounds, and antioxidant capacity in fresh-cut carrots. Beneficial for maintaining nutritional quality and color.
