Antimutagenic and antitumor activities of a water-soluble fraction of soursop (syn Graviola, Annona muricata L.) fruit pulp.

This study analyzed the phenolic content and properties of soursop fruit pulp. It showed antioxidant and antimutagenic properties, as well as cytotoxicity against certain cancer cells. Soursop may have potential as a DNA chemopreventive and antitumor agent.
