[Effects of Exogenous Plant Hormone Spraying on the Phytoremediation by Bidens pilosa L. in Cadmium-contaminated Soil].

Spraying the plant hormone SA on hyperaccumulated plants can enhance their ability to absorb heavy metals, improve plant growth, increase photosynthesis, and strengthen antioxidant capacity. Among the hormones tested, foliar spraying with 30 mg·L SA had the best effect.

Antifungal mechanism of Angelica sinensis essential oil against Penicillium roqueforti and its application in extending the shelf life of bread.

Researchers found that Angelica sinensis essential oil (ASEO) inhibits the growth of Penicillium roqueforti by affecting the cell membrane, signaling pathways, steroid synthesis, and inducing cell apoptosis. ASEO also extends bread shelf life, making it a potential food and agricultural product preservative.
