Phenolic Content, Antioxidant Potential, and Antimicrobial Activity of Uvaria chamae (Annonaceae), a Food Plant from Burkina Faso.
Researchers evaluated antioxidant, antibacterial properties of leaf extracts from Burkina Faso. Fractions showed high phenolic content, antioxidant activity, and antibacterial effects on foodborne pathogens. Extracts may be used as supplements to enhance immunity and combat bacterial infections.
